Yamamura's Stir Fry

1 Package of Ramen (Spice package removed)
2 Tbs of Cooking Oil
2 Tbs of Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbs of Soy Sauce
2 Tbs of Sesame Seed Oil
1 Sirloin Tip Steak Sliced into thin slices
Veggies for Stir-fry. I recommend, snow peas, mushrooms, red pepper and spinach. No set amount, just eye it.
 

Mix the Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce and Sesame Seed Oil to make a sauce. Take half of it (reserving the other half for later) and put in a bag with the sliced sirloin tip and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Heat up the 2 Tbs of cooking oil in a wok and prepare the ramen as normal except do not add the spice package! If you want to use it for something, pretend its a shuriken and practice your throwing skills. You will then have to drain the noodles. Note they will be sticky but don't worry the sauce will loosen them back up. Once the oil is heated, go ahead and stir fry the beef until cooked and drain some of the excess oil.

Re-add the beef and push to the sides to make room in the remaining oil for the veggies. Start with the snow peas and pepper as they will take longer to cook. The mushrooms are next followed by quicker cooking spinach. Add the sauce mixture and the noodles and toss until coated and the noodles are no longer in a sticky mass. At this point you can go ahead and serve. As a side you can make some rice though the noodles will cover the grain aspect.

Feel free once you are comfortable with this recipe to try different ingredients in the sauce like oyster sauce or teriyaki. Also try different veggies or meat to the meal. Also try different noodles such as Udon (purchased from the Asian Food Grocer; see the recipe page under MISC). Udon is thicker and holds more of the sauce then the smaller ramen.
